Chaser
Accounts receivable automation and cash flow forecasting for firms and their clients.
Overview
Firms losing hours every week chasing late invoices by hand turn to Chaser, which automates payment reminders by email, SMS, and phone call, scores each debtor by likelihood of paying late, and adds cash flow forecasting to the same workspace. For accounting firms, it works in two ways: firms can use it to manage their own AR, and they can offer it to clients as a managed service through the Chaser partner program.
The tool sends personalised payment reminders by email, SMS, and automated phone call, timed and worded according to rules your team sets per client. A Late Payment Predictor scores each debtor by likelihood of paying late, so your team can focus attention where it matters. Cash flow forecasting shows projected inflows over a rolling period, giving advisory conversations a concrete data point.
Chaser works with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and several other accounting platforms, pulling invoice and contact data automatically. Stripe handles payment collection through an integrated payment portal. HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive connections mean AR data can flow into existing CRM workflows.
Pricing is published in GBP; USD, AUD, EUR, and NZD equivalents are available on request. A risk-free trial is available. The partner program for accountants and bookkeepers includes co-branded marketing materials, a partner directory listing, and revenue-sharing arrangements, though specific commission rates are not published publicly.
