Content Snare sends automated reminders by email and SMS on a schedule you set, and stops chasing once everything is complete. Your team can approve or reject individual items, prompting the client to resubmit if something is wrong or missing.

An AI-powered request builder drafts the initial question set from a prompt, which speeds up setup for recurring jobs like year-end packs or onboarding questionnaires. KYC and AML screening is available as a built-in function, useful for firms with anti-money-laundering obligations.
