What the site is

CurateSuite is a platform that compares AI tools on the technical specifications their vendors publish. The matchmaker recommends tools based on what you tell us about your firm and what those vendor specifications say each tool can do. The site also offers side-by-side comparisons, pricing tables and benchmarks, free calculators, and open data in JSON.

A few things the site is not:

• Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional advice from an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, or other qualified specialist.
• Not a complete catalog. The tools on our site are a curated selection. A tool missing from our site is not a judgment that it fails on any particular criterion.

Information accuracy

We work to keep tool information accurate, but vendors change pricing, features, and availability without telling us. Always confirm the current details with the vendor before making a purchase or commitment. Prices on tool, comparison, and pricing pages are the vendor's published list prices in US dollars on the “Last checked” date shown, before any introductory discount. A tool that publishes no price is shown as custom or quoted on request.

The matchmaker produces recommendations, not guarantees. Two firms that answer the quiz the same way will see the same matches. A match means the tool's stated capabilities fit your stated needs. It does not mean the tool will definitely work for you.

Calculators

The calculators are general information for planning and comparison, not tax, accounting, or financial advice for a specific situation. Some use US figures such as payroll tax rates and IRS mileage rates that are dated and change. Confirm the current figure at the source or with a professional before relying on a result. Results depend entirely on the numbers you enter.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site may be affiliate links. If you click one and then buy a tool, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate commissions do not affect match scores, rankings, or which tools appear in our comparisons. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• Scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, except the datasets and quotations permitted under “Open data and reuse”.
• Reverse-engineer the matchmaker for the purpose of building a competing tool.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent yourself or provide deliberately false information to the matchmaker.

Intellectual property

The CurateSuite name, logo, written content, matchmaker methodology, site design, and code are owned by CurateSuite.

Tool names, logos, and brand marks that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products for the purpose of specification-based comparison.

You may share and link to our pages. You may not republish our written content without written permission, except for the datasets and quotations permitted under “Open data and reuse”.

Open data and reuse

The JSON datasets published under /data/ are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0), as stated on the open data page, and that license prevails over anything else in these terms for those datasets. The license covers the compilation and CurateSuite's own text, not vendor names, logos, trademarks, or the third-party figures the records describe, which stay with their owners.

Quoting individual figures from a tool, comparison, or pricing page in articles, reports, decks, or AI assistant answers is permitted with attribution to CurateSuite and a link to the page, as each page states. The restrictions on bulk copying and republishing in these terms apply to written articles, tool profiles, comparison pages, and site design, not to the datasets or to quotations made under this section.

Third-party websites

Links to vendor websites, partner platforms, and external reading are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

Third-party video embeds

Some tool pages embed a product demo video from the vendor's official YouTube channel. Nothing from YouTube loads until you click play. Once you do, YouTube's terms of service and Google's privacy policy apply to the playback. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, availability, or fitness-for-purpose of the site or any tool listed on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurateSuite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the calculators, comparisons, pricing pages, or open data, or your decision to purchase any tool we match or recommend.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. If the change is material, we will flag it on the homepage for at least 30 days.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or about use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protection of the laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in that country's courts.
