The right AI tool,
not the loudest vendor.
We're an independent matchmaker that helps firms find AI tools that actually fit. No jargon, no vendor hype. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
Why we built CurateSuite
AI is moving fast. Too fast for most firms to keep up. There's a new tool or a new vendor pitch every week, and almost no time to figure out which ones actually matter.
Most firms feel overwhelmed by the pace of AI. Almost two-thirds of finance software buyers end up disappointed with their purchase. That's a lot of firms buying in a hurry.
CurateSuite exists to slow that down. Answer a few questions in the matchmaker and we'll match you to AI tools that fit, based on what each tool actually does and what you actually need. Browse the full tool directory if you would rather compare them yourself. No guessing your way through vendor websites. No sitting through demos you didn't want.
Accounting is our first focus. Over time we'll bring the same approach to other professions where the problem is identical: too many AI tools, not enough time to figure out which one fits.
Who is behind CurateSuite
CurateSuite is run as an independent platform, not a personal brand. The team behind it brings years of experience evaluating professional software, building comparison systems, and studying how firms actually choose and adopt new tools. Affiliate commissions and (in future) display advertising are how the site is funded. Neither affects which tools get matched, and that rule is published in full on the disclosure page.
The matchmaking methodology in each vertical we cover is reviewed by a qualified specialist for that profession, someone who holds a recognised professional accounting qualification and works with the tools day to day. The review happens before launch and again at every major version. The specialist's role is methodology only. They don't score individual tools, write match recommendations, or hold any commercial relationship with vendors.
The same approach scales to every profession we add. The problem is the same in each one: too many AI tools, not enough time to figure out which ones fit your firm. You can follow what we are building on LinkedIn.
Methodology
How we match tools
We compare what each tool does with what your firm actually needs. No vendor pays to rank higher.
- We catalogue what each tool does from vendor-published specs.
- The matchmaker asks about your firm's size, software, budget, and biggest time drains.
- A published rule-based scoring model compares your firm with each tool.
- Every match explains why. If nothing fits, the matchmaker says so.
Our promises
Our vendor-neutrality pledge
Independence isn't a marketing angle for us. It's how the whole thing has to work, or it doesn't work at all. Four things we promise.
No pay-to-play rankings
No vendor can pay to rank higher or appear in matches they don't fit. Ever.
Affiliate links are disclosed
Some of our links are affiliate links, and every page that carries one says so. The commission doesn't change where a tool lands in a match.
We don't publish vendor press releases
Articles and comparisons are independent. Vendors don't get preview copies or editorial approval before we publish.
We'll tell you when nothing fits
If no tool matches your firm's requirements, the matchmaker says so. We'd rather lose a click than send you to the wrong software.
