Accessibility statement

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This page explains how CurateSuite approaches accessibility. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, across the site.

What we aim for

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. The last review was on 3 September 2026, using automated checks (Lighthouse, axe rules) on the home page, tool directory, tool pages, articles, matchmaker, and policy pages. We have not had a third-party audit, and we do not claim certification or full conformance.

What is in place

We built the site with these accessibility measures:

  • Semantic landmarks: header, labelled navigation menus, main content, footer
  • Skip link to main content
  • Every control is a real link or button and works with a keyboard
  • Text alternatives on images; decorative logos are hidden from screen readers
  • Cookie banner is a labelled dialog with Reject and Accept buttons
  • Video demos on tool pages load only after a click
  • Text resizes with browser settings
  • Layout works on phones and desktops; single typeface at readable sizes; color contrast checked

Known limitations

We know these parts may not work for everyone:

  • The downloadable poster PDF (Top AI Accounting Tools) is a visual document and may not read well in screen readers. Use the tool directory for the same list.
  • Embedded YouTube demo videos come from vendors; captions depend on the vendor.
  • Vendor websites we link to are outside our control.

Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using the site, tell us through the contact form. Say which page and what went wrong. We usually reply within a few days.
