Transcend

Automate data subject requests and consent across your client data stack.

Overview

While most compliance platforms focus on audit certifications, Transcend targets the operational side of privacy: handling data subject access and deletion requests at scale, managing user consent across a fragmented data stack, and keeping a live inventory of where personal data sits.

For accounting firms, there are two reasons to look at Transcend. The first is advising fintech or consumer-facing clients who receive high volumes of GDPR and CCPA requests. The second is managing the firm's own obligations when sensitive client and employee data spans multiple cloud systems. Transcend works with over 1,300 systems covering data warehouses, AI pipelines, CRMs, and marketing platforms, routing deletion or access requests automatically without manual pulls from each source.

Consent synchronisation is also handled, which matters when a client opts out of data processing in one system and that preference needs to carry across to several others. A Record of Processing Activities module covers GDPR Article 30 obligations, and AI risk assessment tooling addresses emerging EU AI Act requirements.

Transcend is positioned at enterprise and mid-market organisations with complex, multi-system data estates. Firms with simpler data environments may find it more than they need; it is a better fit for firms advising clients in fintech, healthcare, retail, or media where data subject request volumes are significant.

Pricing scales with the number of connected systems and is not published. A reseller and consulting partner programme is available; no referral fee rates are published.
