How these numbers are calculated
- Every figure is computed from the vendor-published list prices in the CurateSuite directory, in USD, on the verification date shown in each tool's record.
- Starting price means the lowest paid plan billed monthly. Free tiers and yearly-only plans are excluded from the medians so they are not pulled toward zero or mixed across billing periods.
- Medians, never averages, so a handful of enterprise plans cannot skew the result.
- Tools that publish no price are counted in the directory totals and in the pricing model table, and excluded from price medians.
