Overview

What sets Bizora apart is that every answer comes with citations you can open. When you describe a client's issue, the tool points to the Internal Revenue Code section, Treasury regulation, court case, or audit standard behind the answer. You can click through to the original source and use View Steps to see which authorities it consulted and how they connect. That makes it easier to trust the result and explain it to a client. Tax and audit research live in the same tool, so a firm does not need separate subscriptions for each.

Bizora offers five research modes. Fast gives you a quick cited answer when you just need to confirm a rule or find a Code section. Standard handles everyday questions. Web Search pulls in recent guidance and new legislation. Deep breaks complex multi-issue or multi-jurisdiction questions into steps, useful for state conformity or cross-border work. Audit Research routes accounting and auditing questions to the right standard, section, and paragraph, and keeps superseded standards for prior-period work.

The Vault stores client documents by project, and you can ask questions across several files at once. It accepts PDFs, Word files, Excel spreadsheets, CSVs, and images, things like tax returns, K-1s, IRS notices, engagement letters, financial statements, and workpapers. You can ask it to summarize, pull figures, compare filings, or flag inconsistencies. A return review can surface items that deserve a closer look before you sign off.

From your research, Bizora can create a formal tax memo, engagement memo, file note, or summary that keeps the citations. It can also draft a client-ready email, with a plain language option, and you can edit either in a canvas before sending. Chat history is saved, and decision trees handle conditional rules like qualification tests. Bizora says customer content is not used to train AI models.

Pricing is per user per month. Essential is $29.99, Pro is $69.99, and Pinnacle is $119.99. Essential caps advanced research at two per day and leaves out Audit Research; Pro and Pinnacle include unlimited research and drafting. API access is billed separately per request, with no monthly minimum. A 7-day free trial requires no credit card. It fits tax preparers, firms, and audit teams that need cited answers and polished drafts, but it does not prepare returns, and at this stage there is no completed SOC 2 report.
