DataSnipper is an Excel add-in for small and mid-sized audit firms that handles evidence collection, document extraction, automated reconciliation, and AI-assisted cross-referencing without leaving the spreadsheet. Audit teams already live in spreadsheets, so DataSnipper handles AI-assisted document work without asking your firm to move to something new.

It covers four areas. Collect keeps evidence organised and retrievable. Extract pulls structured data from PDFs, scanned documents, and bank statements. Match automates reconciliation between source documents and working papers, with a full traceability trail. Analyze surfaces AI-suggested answers alongside the supporting evidence so auditors can accept, change, or override.

Two add-ons extend the core: the Financial Statement Suite for disclosure work, and UpLink, which lets clients submit documents directly and cuts down the email chase at the start of an engagement.

The Start tier is approximately $54 per user per month on annual billing (listed in EUR at EUR 49). Accelerate and Elevate tiers add progressively more AI extraction capability and enterprise controls; both are priced on request. A trial is available for Start.
