Spotlight Reporting is a management reporting and forecasting platform for accounting firms and advisors delivering client reporting as a service. It connects to Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage Intacct (beta) to pull live financial data, then produces branded reports, KPI dashboards, three-way forecasts, and multi-entity consolidations that firms send directly to clients.

The platform covers five modules. Reporting generates visual management reports with chart galleries and industry-specific templates. Forecasting handles three-way budgets with what-if scenario analysis and consolidated forecast views. Dashboards lets advisors build drag-and-drop KPI overviews that mix financial and non-financial metrics. Multi consolidates up to 500 entities for group and franchise reporting with side-by-side benchmarking. Sustain provides ESG reporting templates for clients with sustainability reporting obligations.

Pricing is per firm rather than per client entity, on a monthly subscription. Basic at $295 per month covers up to 10 client organisations with full reporting, forecasting, and dashboard access. Super VCFO 25 at $495 per month raises that to 25 organisations and adds dedicated customer success. Super VCFO 75 at $995 per month covers 75 organisations with priority support. Enterprise pricing is available for larger practices. A 14-day free trial needs no credit card.
