Ping Assistant is an AI meeting and call assistant for solo, small, and mid-sized accounting firms that joins meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, transcribes phone calls via Dialpad and OpenPhone, drafts follow-up emails, and pushes structured notes and action items into the firm's practice management system. SOC 2 compliant. Data is siloed and not used to train public AI models.
The product comes in three tiers and they correspond to three different value props. Meeting Assistant ($28 per user per month annual, $35 monthly) is the notetaker layer: unlimited AI meeting notes, accounting integrations, action item extraction, AI chat across meetings, and AI follow-up email drafts. Lite seats for support staff are $10 per month.
Virtual Assistant ($40 per user per month annual, $50 monthly) adds AI email categorisation, AI reply drafts in your voice, smart reply library, and an onboarding session. Client Intelligence ($72 per user per month annual, $90 monthly) is the higher-value tier: per-client memory across meetings, emails, and systems, custom AI workflows, real-time meeting coach, dedicated support, and client health scoring.
Practice management integrations cover Karbon, Financial Cents, Double (formerly Keeper), and Anchor. Calendar covers Google and Outlook. Email covers Gmail and Outlook. CRM covers HubSpot and Zoho. Project management covers Asana, Monday.com, and ClickUp. Team chat covers Slack and Microsoft Teams. Notable absences against the directory's PM coverage: Canopy, TaxDome, and Jetpack Workflow integrations are not publicly listed.
VoIP integration matters here. RingCentral, Dialpad, and OpenPhone (via Quo) are supported, which is rare among accountant-specific meeting assistants. Vinyl and Abacor do not publicly integrate with VoIP. If a firm wants client phone calls treated like meetings rather than separate artefacts, Ping is the strongest fit of the three.
